Laura Ulyate is a Physical Therapist, Dance Instructor and Certified Yoga Instructor.

Laura has been a dancer since the age of 4 and an instructor since the age of 15, she has over 25 years of dance experience.  Laura trained with ballet instructors from Russia, Italy, Bulgaria and the USA.  She was a principle dancer in the jr Ballet Company, Golden State Chamber Ballet and competed on the Capo Valley High School Dance and Songleading teams and CSULB's award winning Dance Team. 

A dance injury, at the age of 15, lead her into the world of physical therapy where she graduated with her Masters in Physical Therapy from CSULB in 2011.
